O locuinta rezultata prin unirea a doua apartamente cu scopul realizarii unui spatiu modern si deschis.

Prin recompartimentarea spatiului s-a ajuns la o configuratie spatioasa ce cuprinde doua dormitoare, bucatarie, living, doua bai, hol de acces cu depozitare si o camera de dressing.

Zona de living si bucatarie au fost cele mai importante in viziunea beneficiarului, fiind locul in care acesta petrece cel mai mult timp.

Fiind doua spatii generoase, bucataria s-a organizat cu deschidere spre living printr-o zona de bar multifunctionala care se poate deschide sub forma unei mese de dining pentru sase persoane.

Baia de oaspeti are un aspect dinamic prin jocul placilor hexagonale dar si prin corpurile de iluminat realizate din portelan, de catre un atelier de ceramica local (LUT). Dinamica spatiului se continua prin imbinarea pardoselilor, prin forma mobilierului si prin benzile led incastrate in perete si tavan.

The final layout was created by combining the area designed for two apartments, thus creating an open and modern space. The smart configuration of the new apartment design includes a bedroom, a master bedroom with its own dressing room, a master and a guest bathroom, an open kitchen in direct contact with the spacious living room as well as a welcoming entry hall and two balconies.

The most important areas for the client were the living and kitchen spaces, so we decided to link those two through a multifunctional custom furniture. The kitchen peninsula acts like a bar area, so that the client can cook for his guests, putting on a bit of a show. Than the same bar area transforms into a generous table for six.

The guest bathroom has a dynamic design thanks to the hexagon tiles that cover two walls as well as the floor. The ceramic, handmade porcelain, lamps represent art, integrated in everyday life. A local ceramic studio named LUT was commissioned to create the stunning pieces. The dynamic feel of the etire home is enforced by the bold floor transitions, furniture shape and led strips that cross walls and ceilings.
